Report: Christian Bale Accused of Assaulting Mom & Sister
This is disturbing.
The British media is reporting that Christian Bale is being questioned by police, after allegations surfaced that he assaulted his mother and sister the night before the European premiere of The Dark Knight.
According to Britain's Press Association, the actor's mother and sister claimed that Chris got physical with them at a west London hotel. They reportedly went to a police station in south England on Monday to report the incident, which was then passed on to Scotland Yard in London.
Christian is expected to be questioned today, though Scotland Yard would not confirm that the actor was a part of their investigation.
What is that about? That whole story creeps me out, as I just picture Christian in American Psycho, running through the halls of his apartment building with a machete. Except this story may be for real -- and the victims are said to be his mom and sister. Stay tuned...
Update: Christian was released from the station. He'll have to return in September pending further inquiry. TMZ is reporting that the assault was apparently verbal, and not physical. Hmmm...

Somehow I think he reserves his craziness and intensity for his work, not real life.
I think this story is total BS!!! Why on earth would he wait until he'sg famous to start doing stupid things and getting in trouble with the law.....
Makes you wonder if Mom & Sister asked for something (money) & are now resorting to blackmail...

We don't know the laws of the land over there. In my town, it is against the law to snap your wife,girlfriend, sisters bra. My parents would be in jail today as this was a family joke. If you have to ask your husband for money, it is against the law. They took a good law and made it sh..! I am very careful anymore to condemn anyone on these charges. It could have been verbal, a push, anything. So until more info is out I refuse to believe any of it. I taught my son to wrestle and now that is against the law as it was physical. This guy has worked hard to get where he is and has done a fine job. I am sure if he were an ass, it would have come out before now.
The report's a little vague, don't you think?
This just makes him even sexier.
