Ashton Kutcher: Put Me In Coach!
Something tells me attendance for the Harvard-Westlake High School football games are about to reach capacity.
Ashton Kutcher is no longer spending his free time punking celebs. Instead, the actor is putting his energy into coaching high school football. For real.
Yup, Ashton is now the assistant coach for the freshman football team at the LA school. You see, Demi Moore's hubby played football in high school and loves the sport -- and he's also good friends with the Harvard-Westlake's head coach, Scott Wood. But the school's Head of Athletics Audrius Bardzukas says the actor had to prove he could do the job.
"I asked him why he wanted to coach. He said he's a dad, he has three daughters, and none of them are into sports. He loves football, and he said he’d always wanted to coach," the HOA told People.com. "He's put in the time to learn our schemes and systems, and so far he's been a pleasant surprise as a coach He's a great communicator."
So, how's Ashton's team doing so far? Well, they won their first game, 21-12, in an upset.
Score!
