Britney Rocks the VMAs!
No, Britney Spears didn't perform at last night's VMAs, but it doesn't matter. Girl was definitely the star of the evening.
Form her opening skit with Superbad's Jonah Hill, to her introduction to the show, to picking up all three (!) of the awards she was nominated for, Britney more than redeemed herself for last year's debacle. While accepting her Moonmen, Britney thanked God, her boys, her manager, Larry Rudolph, and her fans. When it was time to pick up trophy No. 3, the comeback kid was bewildered. "I'm in shock," she told the crowd.
What a night for Brit! From the looks the of her (looking as good as she has in the old days, in a silvery Versace dress), and the crowd's response (they were going crazy for her), everybody really is going to want a piece of her -- in a good way.
Congrats Brit!

Wow! She looked amazing last night at the VMA's! I am so happy to see her happy and healthy again. She deserved all 3 moonmen. There is a reason I still listen to her new cd Blackout and have "Piece of me" as my ringtone on my cell...she's awesome...even at her very worst. Go Britney!
While I didn't watch the show (I'm way too old for Video Music Awards I guess), I have to say that the Brit-ster looks pretty freaking awesome in these photos. Good for her! Finally! Some good press for her. She's a trainwreck of a gal, but I'm happy to see things on the upswing for her. I'm sure she had a great night. Good Job Brit on cleaning yourself up.
She looks great now. Huge contrast from last year. She actually seems classy, and that is something I never thought I would say about Brit-brit.
