He is a pig, and pigs such as him deserve to be sent back to whence he came from. From day one, we all knew that he was out to deface, use, abuse and steal from her! As if he's not interested in selling any other details about her...HA! He took advantage of her when she was in a bad state, and for doing that, it's too bad that he can not be charged by the police or her lawyers. Some one needs to go to his house or find out where he stashed the tape(s) and trash them and him.

Let's face it, if you are a celebrity and not in a VERY committed relationship then you should think about who you are letting video tape you getting it on. The stars really need to learn to protect themselves. They get these jerks that are not rich and famous and give them a taste of the good life and then end up in this situation.
