Heather Locklear Arrested!
This is so going in the mug shot Hall of Fame.
Heather Locklear was arrested in Montecito, Ca. on Saturday afternoon and booked for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.
A reportedly wonky Heather was pulled over by police after a witness reported that she was driving "erratically." California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told the Associate Press that cops saw the actress' car parked on highway, partially blocking a lane. "In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," the rep said.
Heather, who had just completed a stint in rehab for anxiety and depression, was taken into custody and tested for drugs and alcohol.
"Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication," the cop said.
She was booked, this picture was taken, and Heather was released.
That freaky 911 call, rehab, now this? Downward spiral!!! Somebody stop her!

If the truth was known about the average joe or jane, then the talk and speculation about celebrities would not be as shocking. Was her child with her? My guess is no or it would have been released with the story, so you can't judge a person by this one offense.
I feel bad for Heather. I believe she is a genuinely beautiful person who is going through a really rough time right now. I hope she gets the help she needs for all those that care about her.

I may be wrong, but it seems few people really understand what ANXIETY Disorder is, or DEPRESSION. One on its own is horrible. Together, they cause chaos in your life, and a deadly combination. It's beyond description, manifesting in so many ways, and the worst part is that sometimes you have no knowledge or control over yourself or anything around you. It's a nightmare you don't wish on anybody. And it doesn't matter if you're a celebrity, a mom, a dad, a president, a pope...it messes you up. Getting arrested for that is like getting arrested for having a stroke or a heart attack. God Bless America!

Who are we to judge? Life happens and it is what you do with each bump in the road that determines the road we take. Celebrity or not, Heather is a mom, a daughter, and is going through her own personal struggles which we on the outside know nothing about - are you that gullible that you BELIEVE what the newspapers write about her or anyone else who is famous. Are you living with Heather? We are not with Heather during the day so anyone who judges might want to take a look at themselves first. Wish those persons who are struggling through life strength and happiness and peace

How can people make such a hash statement about both parents being unfit. Ritchie had his daughter in the car knowing that he was breaking the law driving under the influence.So I can understand that comment being directed at him. Here's hoping it was the wake up call he needed.
Although going off the story so far, Heather did not have her daughter with her. It has been said that it was prescription medication. Not illegal drugs!!! So how does this make her an unfit parent??? Did it ever occur to anyone that Heather may not have known how badly the drugs were going to affect her senses. How many people out there take a prescribed drug and then sit at home for the day to see if it is going to affect their driving etc???? I know I don't, and I feel safe in saying there wouldn't be that many who would.
You hang in there Heather. My son went through depression and even though it was very bleak, for what seemed like eternity, it did end and he's once again our happy little fella.
