J. Lo & Marc Anthony Renew Their Vows in Vegas
Like an episode of The Brady Brides, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas this weekend, alongside good friends New York Mets outfielder Carlos Beltran and his wife Jessica.
The couples first had a fancy dinner together, followed by some gambling, the headed to Caesars Palace's newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse to re-pledge their love to one another.
"Carlos gave his wife a specially engraved ring and gave Marc and Jennifer special rings as gifts," a source told People.com. "Carlos and Jessica renewed their vows first, then Jennifer and Marc went."
There were 12 guests at the ceremony, but Jen's parents weren't in attendance, as they were doing the typical grandparent thing and were watching twins Max and Emme, so Jen and Marc could have some alone time.
Jeez, where was Alice when you need her?

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez are perfect for each other,and,hopefully, their marriage and happy family will last their lifetimes. If you read any of the medical professional information about how important having a similar background,religion,interests,goals and future aspirations impact the stability of a marriage, they have a lot going for them. They are both from happy Latino families(speaking both Spanish and English), Catholic, enjoy the same holidays and ethnic food, love singing and the entertainment industry, have friends who are also happy (Latino) couples, and have support and acceptance from both sides of their families. I am so glad that Jennifer can see past Marc Anthony's slender, non- tough guy image, and can see the kindness inside, along with one of the most beautiful male (Latino or not) voices of our time. His perfect, booming voice makes him sound like he could look like a huge pro athlete. His musical talent equalizes her beauty. Based on her interviews,actions,etc., Jennifer seems not to be thinking of any of her past relationships at all. She is happy for those who have found wives or partners and have had families, as is Marc. Please give them the space and positive encouragement to help this marriage work.
