Yeah, so my road to Britney Spears' birthday bash at GMA didn't go exactly as planned, and yet she somehow managed to get over not seeing me there and party it up.

Bitch.

Britney did have a fabulous circus-themed birthday soiree, not only at The Big Apple Circus, but at Tenjune, where she partied last night with some pals. The b-day girl, who donned a verrrry sexy dress with a, ahem, big top, hung out with her mom, Lynne Spears, her manager, Larry Rudolph, plus friends like Lance Bass, Jeremy Piven and Robert Buckley.

Brit may have turned 27, but she celebrated like a kid at the NYC city club, which was completely transformed into a circus tent, complete with a hot dog stand, popcorn and cotton, a man on stilts and jugglers.

When it was time for the cake, Barry Weiss, CEO and president of Jive Records, told the singer, "We are so proud and so happy to be a part of your life. Looking at your two boys today, it's an amazing experience!"

So, what did the comeback kid wish for when she blew out the candles?

"A million more wishes! Definitely!" she said.

 Hope it was a happy one, Brit. Maybe I'll catch ya for the big 2-8.
