Sopranos Actor Commits Suicide
So sad.
Sopranos' John Costelloe was found dead in his Brooklyn home on Dec. 18, of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The actor was best known as the closeted short-order cook Jim "Johnny Cakes" Witowski, who had a pivotal four-episode arc in the2006 season of the HBO drama. He most recently appeared in the new flick Doubt, with Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Meryl Streep. No matter how bad things are, suicide is just never the answer.

How sad. It was only just last night that I watched the re-run episode where he come into the Sopranos. He was a good actor. May all his demons now be put to rest. RIP.
So very sorry to hear this sad news. Mr. Costelloe was terrific in Sopranos. A great loss to the film industry. My condolences to his family - such a shame. May God bless him and may he rest in peace.
