Michael Jackson's Kids Need Cash!
Attorneys for Michael Jackson's estate have filed papers to get some money out the King of Pop's stash -- for his kiddies, of course.
Papers were filed Thursday, asking a Los Angeles judge to release some funds for MJ's three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket -- as well Michael's mom, Katherine Jackson -- who is currently taking care of the kids.
The Jackson lawyers are claiming that the family really needs the funds because Katherine currently "has no independent means of support" other than Social Security benefits and that the kids are relying solely on the trust Michael left for them.
No amounts were given (we're thinking it's a tad more than $100), but a judge will look at the request on Aug. 3 -- the same day the custody hearing is scheduled to take place.
