Dane Cook's Controversial Vanessa Hudgens Joke
Dane Cook raised eyebrows at the taping of the Teen Choice Awards Sunday night when he made an on-stage joke about Vanessa Hudgens's latest batch of naked pictures.
"Girl, you gots to keep your clothes on! Phones are for phone calls, girl," he said, as the camera zoomed in on Vanessa's unsmiling face.
The joke was edited out of the broadcast that aired last night, but Dane isn't apologizing for his comments.
"That's the best part about being a comic, when you go, 'Maybe I can say the thing that everybody is kind of feeling and nobody [is saying].' The elephant-in-the-room moment. So, I'll take it, I'll take the hit. It's OK," he told Access Hollywood.
His joke was pretty funny, but do you think it was wrong of him to mention the pictures in front of her young fans?

No, I don't think he was out of line at all. it was funny with a lesson(hi davey & goliath)...really, in this - a world of text, FB, IM & internet...girls DO need to learn that if they take a naughty pic/video - it's going to get out.
No it was NOT wrong for him to say it. It's WRONG for this young woman to keep taking her clothes off and letting people take pics. Seriously!! As long as she's a money train though Disney will look the other way. Sickening!
I agree with everyone else - keep your freaking clothes on, Vanessa, or pay the consequences. You wanted to be famous and you're dumb enough to "leak" those pictures. You're not even hot.
Since young ladies have had access to cameras, there have been racy pix. However, the first time she did that should've been the last time, so there are no excuses accepted for the latest lack of judgement.
On the other hand, he really shouldn't have said anything to the crowd in attendance based upon their ages. The adults know and understand, but the tweens really didn't need to have it shoved in their face.
NO HE IS NOT WRONG THE TRUTH I THE TRUTH. IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A ROLE MODEL FOR THE YOUNG AUDIENCE THEN YOU NEED TO ACT LIKE IT. BASICALLY SHE IS TELLING ALL THE YOUNG GIRLS THAT LOOK UP TO HER ITS OKAY TO SEND NASTY PICS TO WHOEVER. THE TRUTH HURTS.
