David Copperfield Accused of Sexual Assault
Let's see if David Copperfield can work some magic and get out of this one.
The famous illusionist is denying claims that he sexually assaulted a Seattle woman and threatened to kill her.
The former model and former Miss Washington USA contestant says she met Dave at one of his January 2007 performances, and later visited him on his island in the Bahamas were the assault took place. She filed a lawsuit on July 29.
A lawyer for the magician says this is just a ploy to get some of David's cash, calling the allegations an "extortion for money, plain and simple."
How much do you think it will cost him to make this chick disappear?
