Jaime Pressly is engaged -- again!

After splitting from her son's father, Eric Cubiche, in November, Jaime is set to wed entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.

The actress was overheard telling a friend, "Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged," on Thursday, as she and her beau checked in to the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego on Thursday.

Her rep confirmed the engagement.
