There will be a little less drama in Kelly Rutherford's life, now that she and ex Daniel Giersch have come to a custody agreement. The couple, who split while Kelly was preggers with their second child, have been involved in a heated battle over the kids.

But the nastiness between the Gossip Girl star and her hubby should come to an end as settlement documents have been filed, stating that both Kelly and Daniel will temporarily relocate from California to New York while she films her CW Show -- from July 30 through April 5.

Kelly will make her home in NYC, while Danny boy will live in the Hamptons. Neither party will be allowed to travel outside of New York or California without the agreement of the other. They will both attend co-parenting counseling sessions and will share joint legal and physical custody of the two kids.
