Kourtney & Kendra Plan To Breastfeed with Implants
I totally had no idea you could breastfeed with implants!
Kourtney Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson's are both preparing for the birth of their first children this December, and the E! stars tell Us Weekly that, despite having gotten breast implants -- they plan to nurse their babies.
"I was so scared that I wasn't going to be able to nurse that when I saw stuff come out of my nipples the other day, I was like, I can breast-feed?" Kendra told the mag. "And I asked my doctor, who said, 'That's fine, but it's not milk yet!'"
Also on the au naturel bandwagon is Kourt, who chimed in, "They say usually you can [breast-feed with implants]. I want to."
Not to get too personal, but have any of you out there nursed with implants? Would you? Is it something to consider before getting a boob job? Do tell.

It was a big consideration for me before I had the surgery. I wanted to make sure I had the option when the time came and was told you can definitely breastfeed w/implants.
My surgeon told me the same thing as Rachel's. It was a consideration for me too (although I have yet to have a baby), and my surgeon told me that you can breastfeed with implants. Implants do not interfere with milk production or the milk ducts. And they do not pose harm to the baby.
yeah...i think it's only that w/ breast reduction that sometimes you can't breastfeed. but implants wouldn't block the ducts.
