Here's the first photo of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's new twin girls, Marion and Tabitha, who were delivered by a surrogate on June 22.

The new little ladies will be adored (and protected!) by older brother, James Wilkie, 6 1/2.

The actress and her hubby, Noah Lebenzo, welcomed their first child into the world on Saturday.

Paloma Louise Lebenzo was born at 4:25 p.m. in New York City and weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz.

"She is elated and completely glowing," said a rep for the actress, of the new mamasita. "She is surrounded by her friends and family and so happy to be a mom. She is just really enjoying the moment. The baby is absolutely beautiful."

The woman who gave birth to Sarah Jessica Parker's twins earlier this week is being hounded by the paparazzi in her hometown. In order to give the lady more protection, her local police department has been asked to step up.

So, who's leading the team to keep the surrogate safe? Yeah, none other than Police Chief Barry Carpenter -- the same guy that's under investigation for breaking into the woman's home in order to get info to sell to the tabloids.

Talk about irony, huh? She must be feel so comforted. 

Congratulations to Carnie Wilson and husband, Rob Bonfiglio, who welcomed daughter Luciana Bella into the world on Friday.

The little one weighed in at 6lbs., 5oz, and will join older sister, Lola, 4.

A rep for the singer/game show host says that Carnie is "happy as a lark," and all is well. "They're happy, healthy and smiling."

Isn't it crazy how less shocking this is the second time around?

Thomas Beatie, the transgender "pregnant man" -- welcomed his second child, a healthy baby boy, Tuesday morning.

According to ABC's 20/20, Thomas' wife, Nancy Beatie, will be breastfeeding the new baby, like she did with their first child, daughter Susan, born last June.

The deal with Thomas is that he legally changed his gender from female to male, but kept his female reproductive organs in hopes to have a child one day. He has said that his pregnancy was a "human desire" and that he felt that he had "the right to have my own biological child."

And now he's had two. Congrats!

Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford has a new baby girl! The actress welcomed Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch on Monday night.

The new little mama weighed in at 8 lbs., 12 oz. and joins older brother, Hermes, 2.

"Kelly and the baby are doing just fine," Kelly's rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

Kelly is currently in a divorce battle with the baby's daddy, Daniel Giersch, who she split from in December.

At least a new baby is something for both of them to be happy about. Congrats!

Lance Armstrong had better strap that baby seat to the back of his back!

The champion cyclist and his girlfriend Anna Hansen have welcomed a baby boy into the world. Max Armstrong weighed in at 7 lb., 5 oz, and measured 20-inch-long.

Lance took to his Twitter page (natch!) to introduce his new little man to the world, but instead wrote like it was Max himself talking.

"Wassup, world? My name is Max Armstrong and I just arrived," the post read. "My Mommy is healthy and so am I!"

This just makes me think about how someone once told me that they hate when people send thank you notes from their babies and pretend that the kid wrote it. I'm fine with it, but if that bothers them, they are going to be super annoyed by this post.

Anyway, Max joins Lance's three other kids from his previous marriage.

"Welcome into the world Kenzo Lee Hounsou," the star posted. "Kimora's + Djimon's baby boy..."

Kimora and actor Djimon Hounsou welcomed Kenzo in the world on Saturday. He weighed in at 8lbs. even and was a whopping 20 inches.

According to UsMagazine.com, the moniker is of Japanese origin and means "wise and three."

Coincidentally (or not), this is Kimora's third child.

Congratulations are in order for Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou!

"Kimora and Djimon are the proud parents of a new baby boy," her rep told Usmagazine.com. "Both mother and child are doing great."

Kimora also Twittered about the good news. She wrote, "It's a boy! Thanks to everyone out there for all your well wishes! More to come. Thank God. And God Bless! Kimora + Djimon Love & Light, KLS."

The baby's name was not released.

The new little one joins older sisters, Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 7, whose dad is music mogul Russell Simmons.

Sabrina, the Teenage Witch didn't use some special potion to get that new bod --she worked for it.

Melissa Joan Hart lost 42 lbs after seeing, what she called, a "horrifying" photo of herself in a bathing suit last summer.

"I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I've become," the actress told People in their new issue, available on newsstands Friday.

"Everyone still thinks I'm huge," Melissa said,"But I'm not anymore!"

Like most women in real life, Melissa didn't drop all her baby weight immediately after giving birth to her sons, Mason, 3, and Braydon, 14 months. But, in celebrity world, you're expected to be back in your skinny jeans on the way home from the hospital.

"There are enormous pressures put on you in Hollywood," Melissa said.

After hitting 155, the mom decided she was going use a good friend as inspiration -- actress Jamie Pressly -- who had some sick abs not too long after having her son, Dezi, 2.

"I realized I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids," she said. 

And Jamie is super proud of her pal. "She finally took the time to take care of herself," The My Name is Earl star said. "I'm blown away by how amazing she looks."

The actor -- and Hilary Swank's ex -- welcomed a baby girl with girlfriend Kim Painter on Saturday.

Mabel Painter Lowe is the first child for the couple, who began dating in 2007.

"Everybody is healthy and happy," the actor's rep confirmed to People.com.

How freakin' cute are Rebecca Romijin and Jerry O'Connell's twin girls?!

Their gorgeous mom chose to debut Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip in the June issue of this fashion mag because, "What girls wouldn't want to be featured in InStyle?" the Ugly Betty star said. "We figured they would be happy with this choice in 18 years." 

So true!

As for motherhood, Rebecca says it's just the best thing going. "Being a mom makes me feel whole and like I understand the meaning of life," she gushes. "All I want to do is stare into my babies' eyes nonstop."

And what about her post-baby bod? No worries there.

"I'm a jeans size up from where I usually am, but there's nothing about it that freaks me out," she says. "I feel as sexy as I have ever felt. I've always said that sexy is having a really strong sense of yourself and never taking yourself too seriously."

I totally want to be friends with her.

Congrats to the hilarious Wanda Sykes, who welcomed twins with her wife, Alex, on April 27.

The couple, who were married in October of 2008, now have a boy and a girl to complete their fam. Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long, while Lucas Claude tipped the scales at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20-inches long.

"All are happy and healthy and at home," Wanda's rep told People.com.

Harper Willow Grohl tipped the scales at 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured in at 20 inches long. Dave told the Associated Press that his newest girl is following in his footsteps and is "loud as hell."

"I definitely had issues over the course of my life, reproduction issues," she told People.com. "Until now...it's the most amazing thing that's ever happened to me."

Country crooner Brad Paisley and actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, have blessed us with the knowledge of the name of their brand new baby boy. 

The latest Paisley will be called Jasper Warren. He joins his big bro, William Huckleberry.

According to a statement given to People.com, "Mother and baby are resting comfortably."

The couple welcomed a daughter on April 9 in Oahu, says People.com. The little girl's name? Java Kumala Holloway.

The reality TV couple, who just welcomed their second child, have told the world that Trista signed up for a permanent birth control procedure called Essure.

"Now that we have the two healthy children we always dreamed of, Ryan and I have decided that our family is the perfect size, and we want to devote our time and energy to them," Trista told UsMagazine.com.

"After looking at all my options I realized that Essure is the best fit for me and my lifestyle. I like it because the procedure can be performed in my doctor's office without general anesthesia, and the quick recovery means I can get back to my life and my family right away."

There infant son Max has been released from the hospital and is finally home with his twin brother, Bob.

"Premature babies are often underweight. Max made weight and went home," Charlie's rep, Stan Rosenfield said. "It's frustrating to be a parent and not have your family home with you. This is the last week of Two and a Half Men [which is going on hiatus], so Charlie and Brooke will be able to spend some quality time with their kids."

The lovely newslady and her hubby, Dan Senor, welcomed a baby boy Monday afternoon. Asher Liam Senor weighed in at 9 lbs., 4 oz., and is 21.5 inches long, according to USA Today.

Trista and Ryan Sutter, who met and fell in love on the first season of The Bachelorette, welcomed a baby girl into the world on Friday afternoon. Blakesley Grace Sutter weighed in 6 lbs., 2 oz., and measured 19 inches.

"Mom and baby are doing great," a source close to the couple told People.com.

Blakesley joins older brother Max, who will be 2 in July.

One of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin boys has not been able to leave the hospital.

Max Sheen is still hanging in the hospital nursery, despite the fact that his brother Bob has already set up shop at home.

"Charlie and Brooke's infant son Max remains in the hospital, not because of a heart condition as reported, but because he has not gained the weight necessary to leave the hospital," Charlie's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement. "Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother at home." 

Even though it must suck to not have both kids home together, Charlie is managing to keep his sense of humor in tact. 

"The weight issue is very common among infants who were born before reaching full term," the actor said. "I know a lot of people are not fond of hospital food; I just didn't realize that they started so young."

"The Sheens appreciate the outpouring of concern," his rep said, "but have assured everyone that both Bob and Max are fine."

The twin boys were born on March 14.

It's a boy!

Party of Five-er Scott Wolf and his wife, Kelley Limp, welcomed a son on March 22.

Jackson Kayse Wolf weighed in at 7lbs., and is the first child for Scott and the former Real World: New Orleans castmate.

"Kelley and I are having the time of our lives. Words can't describe the love we have for our son Jackson," Scott said. "He is the most fun person we have ever met, and we feel so lucky he has joined our family."

How I Met Your Mother's Alyson Hannigan is a mama of her own, as she and husband Alexis Denisof welcomed a baby girl on March 24 (which is also Alyson's b-day!).

The baby's name?

Satyana Denisof.

"They're very excited, and mom and baby are doing great," says a rep for the actress.

I was just watching HIMYM last night and wondering how much longer they were going to be able to hide Lily's pregnancy -- how many props can they put in front of that girl's belly?!

According to a court official the singer spent an hour in court this morning, but the legal meeting ended with a judge delaying the ruling on Madge's adoption application for 3-year-old Mercy James.

Apparently the little girls' grandmother is against Madonna adopting the child.

"Why doesn't this singer pick other children?" Lucy Chekechiwa told Britain's The Sun. "It is stealing. I want to go to court. I won't let her go."

Mercy's mom passed away at 18, right after she gave birth to her, but her dad is believed to be alive.

Fine, now I feel bad for everyone.
