Ouch!

Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler got pretty banged up when he fell from the stage during a concert at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in western South Dakota.

The band was performing "Love in an Elevator" when Steve took the header. He reportedly suffered minor head and neck injuries and a shoulder injury, and was airlifted to a hospital early Thursday.

We hope he gets better soon!

Mischa Barton is back on the streets after being released from the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai in LA.

The actress was under involuntary psychiatric hold after cops were called to her house last week. Sources say that Mischa had "freaked out" and called the police herself, who then took her to the hospital.

Friends of the actress have come forward to reveal that their pal has been dealing with "personal issues" (a.k.a. drugs and alcohol) for some time now, but her rep says that Mischa is on the road to recovery.

Craig Schneider told E! News that Mischa is "improving" and "doing well" and will be returning to the set of her new show, The Beautiful Life, when it resumes filming.

We wish her the best.

After opting to pass on the procedure a few months ago, TV's yum-o chef, Rachael Ray, finally had vocal cord surgery last week.

"After several months of vocal therapy and on the advice of her doctors, Rachael decided to have a benign cyst removed from her vocal cord," says Charlie Dougiello, the cook's rep told People.com. "According to Rachael's doctors the minor, non-invasive procedure was a success and she is already resting at home."

Now, "the hardest part for Rachael is going to be giving her voice a rest for the next week or so," says her mouthpiece.

No kidding -- that chick hardly ever shuts up. I wonder if she's practicing getting her voice back by staring in the mirror and repeating "EVOO" over and over again.

Get well soon, Rach!

farrahryan.jpgAs Farrah Fawcett's medical condition worsens, OK! magazine is reporting that the actress is, once again, in the hospital. This time she has been moved to the Intensive Care Unit.

Sources say that both Ryan O'Neal and Farrah's best friend, Alana Stewart were with her when she was admitted to the hospital.

The actress has been battling cancer since her diagnosis in 2006.

It's like one step forward, two steps back for Farrah Fawcett.

A source close to the actress confirms that Farrah is back in the hospital and not doing well. Although it doesn't look like the Angel is getting better, she is scheduled to be released later today.

We just found out this morning that Farrah, who has been battling cancer, and longtime love Ryan O'Neal have plans to marry. Ryan is also trying to get their son, Redmond O'Neal, a temporary pass out of jail so he can visit his mom -- maybe for the last time.

We hope they all get the chance to be together very soon.

The drama! I can't even take it anymore.

Heidi Pratt was hospitalized in Costa Rica on Saturday, while competing with hubby Spencer, on NBC's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! But allegations that the duo were being tortured on the set of the reality series are false, says an inside source.

"Any accusations that Spencer and Heidi were harmed are untrue," the source confirms, adding that while the couple spent approximately 14 hours in the show's jungle "Lost Chamber" awaiting their fate in the series, they were not in harm's way.

"There was no danger, no life-threatening situations -- in fact, they were actually protected from the elements, unlike the other contestants," the source adds. "When they came out, they were happy and in good spirits."

Spencer's sister, Stephanie Pratt, had some harsh words for NBC -- blaming them for her family's "suffering."

"I'm really saddened to hear that nbc felt it was ok to punish speidi so harshly-and torture them as if they were criminals-that Heidi was...rushed to the hospital and has an IV in her arm after being locked in a dark room for 3 days w no food or water. Pls pray she will be ok," Steph Twittered.

Puh-leez.

In a statement to UsMagazine.com, ITV Studios, which produces the series, confirms that a medic and doctor have been present at all times during filming of the show.

"ITV has been producing this format around the world for many years and the health of the celebrity participants are of the utmost importance," the statement read.

Of course it is. This was just one more opportunity for Speidi to get their names in media.

susanboyle.jpgNo such luck on the whole Susan-Boyle-last-entry thing.

The Britain's Got Talent second-place finisher was admitted into a private clinic on Sunday, after police were called to her hotel.

London's Daily Mail says the singer is suffering from exhaustion, and showed signs of an "emotional breakdown" after losing the talent competition Saturday night.

"We were called about 6 p.m. on Sunday to a central London hotel to doctors assessing a woman under the Mental Health Act," a police spokesperson told the paper. "Police attended at the request of ambulance personnel and the woman was taken voluntarily to a clinic. No one was arrested and there were no allegations of crime."

Britain's Got Talent producers released the following statement: "Following Saturday night's show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained. She has been seen by her private GP who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery ... We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery."

BGT's Piers Morgan told a British morning show that Susan just needs a break from all the media attention.

"I spoke to her yesterday for about half an hour and she's fine," the judge said. "She's gone in for some rest. She needs to get away from everyone - get away from the show, from the media, the public, and just have a bit of down time to herself."

We're happy to leave her alone. Get well soon.

This is so scary.

Mike Tyson's four-year-old daughter Exodus is on life-support, after getting caught in a cable attached to a treadmill in the boxer's home.

Phoenix police Sgt. Andy Hill told FOX News, "Somehow she was playing on this treadmill, and there's a cord that hangs under the console - it's kind of a loop. Either she slipped or put her head in the loop, but it acted like a noose, and she was obviously unable to get herself off of it."

The little girl was found by her older brother, who alerted their mom. The girl's mom called 911 and paramedics performed CPR. Exodus is currently in "extremely critical" condition at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.

Mike was in Las Vegas at the time of the accident but has returned home.

So awful.

Natalie Cole is "resting comfortably" after undergoing a kidney transplant in LA on Tuesday.

"The kidney came from a deceased organ donor through the regional organ procurement agency, One Legacy," her rep said in a statement.

The singer has been struggling with kidney issues since getting treatment for Hepatitis C, which she was diagnosed with last year.

Nat will be doing more resting for the next few months, as she recuperates from this major surgery.

Get well soon!

Oy! David Hasselhoff is still battling the drinking demons -- and he's losing.

According to RadarOnline.com, The Hoff was hospitalized Saturday for alcohol poisoning, after his 16-year-old daughter Hayley found him unconscious in his home. Hayley called her mom, who drove David to the Cedars-Sinai medical center.

A source told the website that David was "barely breathing when they got him to the hospital." He reportedly got to the hospital with .39 alcohol level!

Holy crap! Luckily his poor daughter found him when she did.

"He's recovering," the source did say. "Pam was his bedside till 4a.m. this morning. This is about the 7th time he's been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning. How many visits will it take before he dies?"

David has battling the bottle for years. In 2007, a video of him wasted and eating a hamburger off the floor was taken by his daughter Taylor, in hopes of showing the Knight Rider star what a mess he was.

His rep, Judy Katz, told TMZ.com that these reports are being exaggerated, and that David "is fine and well and happy and is celebrating his father, Joe Hasselhoff's 80th birthday tonight at dinner... along with his girlfriend, Kimberly."

Either way, David needs to get a grip -- his children are obviously suffering.

Oh no! I hate when babies get sick.

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber's son Alexander was hospitalized overnight on Tuesday.

The boy, 21-months-old, had some respiratory issues but, luckily, he was released on Wednesday morning.

"Sasha [his nickname] got home today and is feeling much better after being hospitalized on Tuesday night with respiratory problems," a rep for Naomi said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

Liev had flown home to see his fam, from the set of Salt, when his son got sick.

Hopefully all is well with them now.

If anyone can see the funny in spending the night in the hospital, it's Jay Leno.

The host of the The Tonight Show returned to his duties Monday night, after canceling Friday's taping due to illness. Though he didn't give any details on what actually happened to him -- sources say it was dehydration -- Jay had plenty of jokes about his stay.

"What happened was - and I think this was a mistake - I ate a raw pig a friend brought back from Mexico," Jay said in his monologue.

He had a couple of other lame zingers, but my fave was in reference to Conan O' Brien taking over hosting duties from Jay in a couple of weeks.

"Have you ever slept in a hospital?" Jay asked the audience. "I spent the night. I was there for 24 hours. I had a horrible dream that I couldn't breathe. I felt like I was suffocating. Then I woke up and realized Conan was holding a pillow over my face."

Glad he's back in the joking spirit.

Those Spears girls just have no luck with men.

Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie-Lynn Spears' baby girl, Maddie, is in the hospital, after wrecking his 2008 Ford pickup early Sunday morning.

According to People.com, Casey was at a bachelor party when he and some friends decided to go crabbing. The boys were on their way to the lake when Casey's truck went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over.

Police have charged the 19-year-old with careless operation of a vehicle. He apparently was not tested for drug or alcohol use. Interesting.

Anyway, Casey is still in the intensive care unit at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he is said to be resting and alert.

"The doctors are pretty positive he's going to be okay," a source said. "He should recover fully. Of course you never know, but they're not expecting him to get any worse."

A friend close to the Spears clan said, "This must be just horrible for Jamie Lynn. I know she loves him."

Get well soon, Casey -- and stop being an idiot.

Today's taping of The Tonight Show was canceled, after host Jay Leno fell ill.

After complaining he didn't feel well, Jay headed to the hospital. He wasn't taken by ambulance, but was either driven by a member of his staff or drove himself. He is currently being kept for observation

We'll let you know when we have more info...

UPDATE: Though Jay is currently still in the hospital, his peeps say he's doing okay.

"Jay Leno is doing just fine," an NBC rep told UsMagazine.com. "He was kidding around with the hospital staff and running his monologue jokes by the doctors and the nurses. He's expected back to work on Monday."

Feel better!

Whoa, Nelly!

Madonna was briefly hospitalized on Saturday after she fell off a horse in the Hamptons. The singer was treated and released after suffering only minor injuries and bruises from the tumble.

"The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend," Madge's rep, Liz Rosenberg, said in a statement to UsMagazine.com. "Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors."

This isn't the first time Madonna had a run-in with a horse. In 2005 she cracked three ribs and broke her hand and collar bone in a riding accident in London.

Not shocking that Madge is a big believer in getting right back on the horse. We hope she feels better soon.

Good news for Farrah Fawcett. The actress, who has been hospitalized since April 2, has headed home.

"Farrah was discharged [Thursday] afternoon from the hospital and is at home. She was accompanied by Ryan [O'Neal]," Dr. Lawrence Piro, told People.com. "The pain from the hematoma has improved tremendously."

Farah, who has been battling anal cancer since 2006, was being treated for a hematoma from bleeding in a stomach muscle stemming from a "small procedure" she had at a clinic in Germany.

Now that she has been released from the hospital, the Angel is getting ready to enjoy the holidays with her family.

"She's walking and in great spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home," the doc said. "Her home has been stocked with her favorite teas and food and she's looking forward to enjoying them."

We continue to wish her well.

Keep track of the health conditions of your favorite stars.

Sad news, Charlie's Angels fans.

Farrah Fawcett, who has been battling cancer for years, is back in the hospital after suffering a major health set back.

The actress' cancer had gone into remission in 2007, but it seems as if she's back to fighting the unforgiving monster.

"On Farrah Fawcett's behalf, I can confirm that she recently checked into a Los Angeles hospital," her rep, Craig Nevius, says in a statement released to People.com. "And although it is usually against her nature to correct false or exaggerated stories that originate in tabloid-style reports by offering true information that they would not otherwise have to publish, Farrah is allowing this statement out of appreciation for her fans, who have offered their constant support throughout her fight, as well as out of concern for the countless of other cancer patients who have written her over the last two-and-a-half years in order to tell her that they are following her story in the hope that there is hope."

"Tonight, Farrah has hope," he said early Monday, "And she hopes that others will continue to hold onto theirs."

We're thinking good thoughts.

Poor baby.

One of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin boys has not been able to leave the hospital.

Max Sheen is still hanging in the hospital nursery, despite the fact that his brother Bob has already set up shop at home.

"Charlie and Brooke's infant son Max remains in the hospital, not because of a heart condition as reported, but because he has not gained the weight necessary to leave the hospital," Charlie's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement. "Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother at home."

Even though it must suck to not have both kids home together, Charlie is managing to keep his sense of humor in tact.

"The weight issue is very common among infants who were born before reaching full term," the actor said. "I know a lot of people are not fond of hospital food; I just didn't realize that they started so young."

"The Sheens appreciate the outpouring of concern," his rep said, "but have assured everyone that both Bob and Max are fine."

The twin boys were born on March 14.

Someone's got a belly ache!

Josh Hartnett is hanging at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles after suffering major stomach pains early Monday morning. The actor was taken by ambulance from the Chateau Marmont at around 2 a.m.

So what's ailing him?

Some sort of "flare-up" of an ongoing gastro issue that has been bothering him for the last several months. It originally started while he was performing in London's stage version of Rain Man.

Josh is currently being observed by doctors and his rep says he's resting comfortably.

Get well soon!

Some good news!

Robin Williams has successfully undergone heart surgery, after having his aortic valve replaced, and is recovering at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

The comedian had to postpone a bunch of dates on his "Weapons of Destruction" tour, but now it seems like, with a little rest, Robin will be back splitting our sides in no time. His doctor released this statement on the funny man's condition:

"Mr. Williams' operation went extremely well and we expect him to make a full recovery. The 3 1/2 hour heart surgery was conducted to replace his aortic valve, repair his mitral valve, and correct his irregular heart beat.

His heart is strong and he will have a normal heart function in the coming weeks with no limitations on what he'll be able to do.

A couple of hours after surgery, he was entertaining the medical team and making us laugh."

Speedy recovery!

Another bike accident -- what are the odds?

Cycling wonder Lance Armstrong has been hospitalized, after crashing during the first stage of a five-day race in Spain.

According to the Associated Press, Lance broke his collarbone when he was involved in a pile-up 12.5 miles from the stage's finish on Monday. He was taken by ambulance and is being treated at the Rio Carrion hospital in Palencia.

I'm sure he'll be fine -- that dude is like the Superman of bike riders.

There has been a lot of speculation as to what caused the very untimely and tragic death of Natasha Richardson, considering her fall on the ski slope didn't seem to be too bad. She had been laughing and talking immediately after and reportedly didn't have any visible injuries.

An autopsy was completed this afternoon and the coroner has found that the actress suffered from a blunt trauma to the head, which caused internal brain bleeding.  Her death has been ruled an accident.

The one thing that is not known is what exactly she hit her head on. She fell on the bunny slope, in the middle of the hill, and only landed on snow, from what the witnesses said. I mean, she was laughing afterwards!

I suppose just the impact of hitting the ground could have caused the trauma -- snow can be very hard when packed together. But doesn't it make you think twice about hopping on some skis -- or taking your kids skiing?

So sad, so unfortunate, so tragic.

I'm so sad.

According to multiple reports, Natasha Richardson has died from her injuries sustained after a skiing accident.

E! Online reports that her family made the decision to remove the actress from life support, after she was declared brain dead when arriving in New York City yesterday. She was 45.

Natasha is survived by her husband, Liam Neeson, her two sons, Micheal and Daniel. She is also the daughter of famed actress Vanessa Redgrave and the late Tony Richardson, and sister to Joley Richardson.

"Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha," the actor's rep, Alan Nierob, said in a statement. "They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."

A source close to the family says that "a small private funeral" is planned.

Our condolences go out to her loved ones.

The sad news just keeps on coming.

Friends close to Natasha Richardson say that "there is no chance," the actress will recover from the injuries from her ski accident. "It is a fact that her heart is beating but she is brain dead."

Doctors have describes her condition as "leakage of blood between the brain and skull," and say that it is looking like her family may have to detach her from life support machines. "It's not official yet," the friend told People.com, "but they basically will detach her."

So, so sad.

After her devastating ski accident on Monday, actress Natasha Richardson was flown to New York City from Canada yesterday, where she was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital.

Her mom, Vanessa Redgrave, was seen leaving Natasha and husband Liam Neeson's New York apartment last night and arriving at her daughter's bedside soon after.

Though both the New York Post and Time Out New York are reporting that the actress is brain dead, no one representing the couple has confirmed the news or released any additional information.

Stay tuned for more.

natasharichardson.jpg

As we told you earlier, actress Natasha Richardson suffered head injuries after a skiing accident yesterday.

It's being reported that at the time of the accident, Natasha, 45, was taking a skiing lesson with a private instruction. She was not wearing a helmet. As she neared the bottom of the hill, she fell. Her instructor immediately called the ski patrol.

After the accident, Natasha was in good spirits, and there were no external signs of injury. "She was laughing and joking and she walked to her room on her own," said a spokesperson for the ski resort.

However, an hour after the accident, Natasha started to complain of headaches. That is when she went to a hospital and was later transferred to the ICU at another hospital.

Around 1:40 pm ET today, it was reported that Natasha would be transported via a jet, though the jet's destination is unknown. Some are speculating it is headed to New York City.

At 2 pm ET, the hospital told TMZ that, contrary to earlier reports on Time Out New York (which first said Natasha had died -- they then retracted their statement and said she was brain dead), Natasha is not brain dead, but is suffering from brain swelling.

We will keep you updated.

This is sad news! Actress Natasha Richardson was rushed to the hospital yesterday after suffering a serious head injury from a skiing accident in Quebec.

Natasha's husband, Liam Neeson, reportedly left Toronto where he was filming a movie and rushed to the Montreal hospital that Natasha was transferred to.

A rep for Liam's movie, Chloe, said in a statement:

"Liam Neeson left the Toronto set immediately to fly to Montreal upon news of his wife's accident. We do not have any details at this time but we hope for the best and our thoughts and prayers are with Natasha and Liam and their family."

Natasha is the daughter of actress Vanessa Redgrave. She and Liam have been married for 15 years and have two sons together, Micheal, 13, and Daniel, 12.

Our thoughts are with the family.

TMZ just got their hands on some documents that show that DJ AM wants at least $20 million from the company that booked the jet that crashed.

Here's the details: DJ AM is looking for $10 million in damages for medical bills, lost earnings and profits and other economic damages. The other $10 million is for mental and physical pain and suffering and other "non-economic losses."

I do feel terrible for the victims of the crash. This morning, Travis Barker twittered: "@ the hospital getting blood work for my next surgery, this will be my 15th surgery since September.....crazzzzy." Fifteenth surgery? That is crazy.

Do you think $20 million is reasonable?

Well, this is hardly funny.

After having to suddenly cancel a couple of dates of his "Weapons of Destruction" tour, a source says that Robin Williams is being treated in the intensive care unit at a Miami hospital for heart trouble.

Robin announced in a press release that doctors are evaluating him and recommended a week of rest. He was initially experiencing shortness of breath.

The funny man had been scheduled to perform Wednesday and Thursday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida; Friday at the UFC Arena in Orlando; and Saturday at the Sundome in Tampa. The shows are being rescheduled.

We wish Robin a speedy recovery.

Update:  Robin's reps just released a statement saying he is postponing the rest of his comedy tour "to undergo surgery for an aortic valve replacement."

It also included a statement from Robin himself: "I'm so touched by everyone's support and well wishes. This tour has been amazing fun and I can't wait to get back out on the road after a little tune-up."

Uh-oh!

Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay is back in the hospital for complications due to a collapsed lung she suffered in January.

"Mariska Hargitay went to the hospital this morning after experiencing some discomfort relating to her earlier lung condition," her rep told Usmagazine.com Wednesday. "She is undergoing routine tests and expects to be feeling better soon."

This is the third time the actress has been hospitalized for this condition.

We hope she gets well soon.
