Gwen Stefani, who has been pregnant forever, may finally be ready to give son Kingston another sibling!

The above photo shows Gwen (and some male friend who is not her husband, Gavin Rossdale) arriving at a Los Angeles hospital today.

Fingers crossed this hospital visit isn't because of any complications but because Gwen's baby is finally ready to show itself to the world!

Oh, teen love. In the latest issue of Seventeen, 15-year-old Miley Cyrus said she was in love with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

This next part totally brings me back to my middle school days: Miley said, "We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I like you so much.'"

Then Miley went on to say that "Nick and I loved each other. We still do, but we were in love with each other."

And the best quote?

After their breakup, Miley said, "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now – I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."

Though there are rumors that Nick is now dating Disney star Selena Gomez, Miley said that Nick will either be her best friend for life, or she'll end up marrying him.

Is that young love or what?

I chose this picture because it makes total sense that Hills star Lauren Conrad would be at the Teen Choice Awards. But at the Emmys? Well, that's a different story.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a Hills addict, but there's nothing about that show that's Emmy winning material. I'm sure Lauren knows that, so she's found another way to get herself into the soirée.

According to an ABC press release, Lauren, "a celebrity designer" (their words, not mine), will "design a one-of-a-kind couture red carpet gown" for the Emmy trophy presenters. The release continues to stress that it's the first time a celebrity designer will be creating those gowns.

As for Lauren's take on the whole event? "I will be doing a red carpet look that still reflects the simple classic design of the Lauren Conrad Collection but with a black tie twist."

Okay, I'm still stuck on the celebrity designer part. And, how did Lauren get herself involved in this? Even a Project Runway designer would have been better.

Considering Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty is a married man, and that's a naked Sienna Miller in the above pic, some may consider Sienna to be a home wrecker.

Trying to save her reputation, Sienna's friends are coming to her defense. One pal told the New York Post, "She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife." Another buddy said that Balthazar had been "sleeping on friends' couches for six months" before he hooked up with the naked lady.

Some reports claim that Balty is trying to get back together with his wife, while others say that he and Sienna are still hanging out. What do you think?

If you've ever thought that part of Shia LaBeouf's appeal is in his hands (I don't know, maybe someone feels that way?), you have nothing to worry about.

Contrary to a Star report claiming that Shia would need his pinky amputated following his car accident, Shia will remain a 10-fingered man.

LaBeouf's publicist told E! that the digit loss rumor is a "completely fabricated story."

Good thing, because it might be hard for Shia to fight off those Decepticons in Transformers without that pinky!

Nicole Kidman finally opened up about her baby daughter Sunday. Nicole and hubby Keith Urban surprised radio listeners when they called into an Australian morning show to dish about Sunday Rose.

Nicole told the hosts that Sunday "looks like Keith," while Keith countered back, "Well, she's a bit of a mix."

Other information listeners got from the call:
- Sunday has a little hair with "a bit of a reddish tint."
- They're getting "a solid three hours" of sleep a night.
- The delivery went "very smoothly," in part thanks to the "wonderful nurses at the hospital."
- Nicole and Keith went to Sydney so that Sunday could meet her grandparents. While there, they've asked the paps to give them some room, "so we can walk around our town."

Wow, did Mary-Kate Olsen just get off the hook or what? 

Remember just days ago when Mary-Kate was subpoenaed by a grand jury during the investigation of Heath Ledger's fatal drug overdose? Now the U.S. Attorney's Office has closed the investigation! There's no word on why... all we know is that the subpoena won't be enforced. Verrrrry interesting.

Note to self: If ever in trouble, get Mary-Kate's lawyer on the phone immediately.

Is The Dark Knight bad luck? First there was the tragic passing of Heath Ledger. Then Christian Bale was arrested for assault. Next came Morgan Freeman's car accident. And even more recently? Morgan is getting a divorce!

According to Morgan's attorney, he and his wife of 24-years, costume designer Myrna Colley-Lee, "are involved in a divorce action."

He added, “And for legal and practical purposes, [Freeman and Colley-Lee] have been separated since December of 2007.”

Very, very sad. Maybe that's why he avoided reporters at the Dark Knight red carpet?

Bo Bice, the runner-up on season 4 of American Idol, has welcomed a baby boy, Caleb, with his wife, Caroline Fisher.

The couple, who also have a son Aidan, wed in July 2005. Of the name Caleb, Bo had said at the Idol finale show that it's a good biblical name. "We stuck with that with both kids – good Irish and good biblical names... We're just blessed to have such a beautiful family."

Patrick Swayze is doing amazingly well ever since he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Patrick, who's even been well enough to work on his new A&E show, The Beast, went out partying with his friends and family last weekend!

According to one patron who was at the bar, Patrick “looked healthy. He’s put on weight... Around 3 a.m., Patrick raised his glass for a toast with a group of friends, and then everyone did a shot."

And, to not disappoint Dirty Dancing fans everywhere, Patrick and his wife Lisa danced well into the night, leaving the bar around 4:30 a.m.

No one messes with the Lohan girls, not even Anderson Cooper.

While guest-hosting on Live with Regis & Kelly, Anderson made the following comment about Ali Lohan:

"Allegedly a 14-year-old girl, looks to be about 60... I say that with concern and love. She allegedly wants to be a singer and or actor-slash-performer of some sort, striptease person, I don't know."

Mom Dina Lohan, who loves to be the center of attention (and was probably just upset that Anderson didn't talk about her), responded, "People are just cruel!... This is bad karma for him."

Now, while I highly doubt that Anderson really said that comment with love, I also think that Dina has a lot more bad karma than the newsman himself.

OK! Magazine is reporting that Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick is dating The Kills front woman Allison Mosshart.

I know I'm being really shallow here, but taking a look at the above picture, do you really think they're together?

Apparently the two spent the entire weekend together before Ed headed to the west coast for the Teen Choice Awards.

Hmmmm. Maybe he just likes her music? What do you think?

I'm guessing every male on the planet is going to disagree with this, but both Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz say that locking lips was anything but sexy.

Don't worry, Scarlett isn't leaving Ryan Reynolds for Penelope. The two leading ladies had a kissing scene in Woody Allen's new comedy Vicky Cristina Bacelona. Here's Scarlett's take on the smooch:

"There were like 60 crewmen [sitting around] eating salami sandwiches! It's really the least sexy thing you can ever imagine!"

However, Scarlett will take any praise the kiss brings her, saying she'd be "thrilled" to be nominated for Best Kiss at next year's MTV Movie Awards.

TV Guide's August 11 issue reveals the top earning actors on TV's primetime, and if you're anything like me, it might just make you cry.

Turns out that Charlie Sheen of Two and a Half Men is the highest-paid comedy star, earning $825,000 per episode. Keep in mind that there are about 22 episodes each year. Feel free to do the math on your own, but since I want to keep my sanity, my hands are remaining far away from a calculator.

As for the dramas, Mariska Hargitay of Law & Order: SVU pulls in $400,000 an episode. While this number also makes me queasy, it's a little bit easier for me to handle since I absolutely love SVU. But Two and a Half Men? Does anyone even watch that show anymore?

Oh, and for those of you wondering about the talk show queen, Oprah Winfrey banks $385 million a year. Couldn't she set up 100 more schools with that?

Morgan Freeman, 71, was injured in a serious car wreck in Mississippi last night. Cops told TMZ that the Dark Knight actor was airlifted from the accident scene to a Tennessee hospital. Morgan's condition is unknown, though state troopers said he was talking at the scene. Also unknown is the identity of his female passenger.

Of course, since Morgan's wife was out of town during the incident, people are already speculating that his female companion may have been some sort of mistress.

Cops said that alcohol is not suspected as the cause of the wreck.

Update: Morgan will undergo surgery for his broken arm, broken elbow and shoulder damage.

After photos surfaced of Hills star Lauren Conrad getting cozy with My Boys funny man Kyle Howard, the rumors started that the two were dating.

Typically, when two people aren't dating, isn't the best way to quash the rumors to flat out say, "We aren't dating"?

Well, when they were asked about their situation, these were the answers given:

Lauren: "I'm just dating. I'm single and having fun."

Kyle: "I'm not going to answer that."

Lauren's answer is okay, but if they're not together, Kyle's answer is ridiculous. Maybe he's trying to ride the Hills publicity wave a little bit longer?

Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon have made their world debut!

Of the Brady Brunch brood, Angeline Jolie told People that "It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time," while Brad Pitt said, "[It's] still a cuckoo's nest." Pretty sure that's why people have momtourages.

And, if the photo above isn't enough, People magazine's latest issue will feature 19 pages of the twins.

Does anyone want to look at that many pictures of babies in their own family, let alone someone else's?

A rep for Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal is saying that that the couple is not engaged and that reports stating the contrary are "lies."

That's all fine and dandy, but I don't believe them. Why? Because I trust our Martha's Vineyard sources who say plans are in motion for the wedding to happen there. It's a small island, and word gets round!

Plus, why would Reese and Jake come out and admit their plans to People so that the paparazzi can come and ruin the day?

Remember how Paris Hilton actually got her own reality show where she looks for a new best friend? Well, they've started filming the show, and Paris decided to blog about it on her MySpace Celebrity page.

Here's part of what she had to say:

"I have to do an elimination tomorrow, meaning telling one of the contestants that they have to leave. I am having anxiety and really dreading those moments of all the eliminations. But it's going to be a lot of fun and a these people will get to have a fun experience and I'm happy cause I feel like I've made friends with some of these people already."

The Hills' Audrina Patridge really can't escape the spotlight lately. (Then again, knowing The Hills girls, that might just be on purpose.)

First there was Audrina's naked photos. Then people were talking about the fact that Audrina was back out with Justin Bobby.

What's on the agenda now? The picture on the left is of Audrina from 2007. The picture on the right is from this week. Do you notice a difference in Audrina's chest? To be honest, I didn't notice a thing, but apparently everyone else in the world thinks Audrina followed in Heidi Montag's footsteps and got new boobs.
