Dancing With the Stars lovebirds Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff have called off their wedding, E! Online's Marc Malkin reports.

"I am confirming that they did indeed break up," Karina's rep said.

The couple, who got engaged this past New Year's Eve in Las Vegas, recently postponed their wedding due to the fact that they have been starring in Broadway's Burn the Floor together -- which supposedly had been taking up all of their wedding planning time.

Weren't we just talking about office romances? And how sticky they can be if they don't work out? Looks like Maks and Karina might need to find some new partners.

Are surrogates the new celebrity trend? Sarah Jessica Parker, Dance Your Ass Off host Marissa Janet Winokur -- and now soap star Michelle Stafford is expecting via surrogate.

"After a three-year journey through hell, I'm elated, ecstatic and feel ultimately lucky to be able to announce I'm expecting my own child via surrogate in December," the Young and the Restless actress told People.com in a statement.

Michelle, 43, is single, and has tried a variety of different options to have a baby. After attempting artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, and looking into adoption, the actress went the surrogate route. "I never wavered in my desire to be a mother," she says. "But I did waiver on aspects of the process. It was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life."

A baby girl is on the way for Michelle -- and she's still looking for a guy to make her family complete. 

"This entire process has been very, very difficult to do on my own," she says, "and has made me realize the importance and reason for a partner."

"Dating men and telling them I'm expecting in December is a little different," she adds. "I know I just need to find someone who wants the same things as I do."

Hot on the heels of the news that TB stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are engaged, PerezHilton.com is reporting that Evan Rachel Wood and Alexander Skarsgard are hooking up.

A source on the set of Alex's new movie, Straw Dogs, says that Evan flew to Shreveport, La (where the movie is filming) to hang with her beau. Rumor has it they have been hooking up all along!

Let's hope these two get as lucky as Anna and Stephen or else is real blood could be drawn. It's such a sticky situation when you get romantic with a coworker and it doesn't work out. Ever been down that road? Do tell.

What's better than a bunch of sex secrets?

London's Mirror reportedly got their hands on a page of the script from Sex and the City 2 -- and it looks like Kim Cattrall's cancer-surviving Samantha is fighting a new battle this time around.

And this battle is called menopause!

"I'm going to need you to go on a testosterone run," Samantha, with a bottle of hormone pills on her desk, tells assistant Meghan, according to the paper.

"I'll do it first thing tomorrow," Meghan reportedly replies.

"Said the 24-year-old. I'll call the pharmacy and tell them you are on your way," Samantha steps in.

Looking at Kim (wow!), you would never think she is old enough to be going through her changes -- but, apparently, nature doesn't know that she's still a hottie.

Well, Samantha may have broken up with young and devoted Smith Jerrod in the first film, but she's definitely still talking to him -- at least on the phone -- in the follow-up.

Kourtney Kardashian took her pregnant belly to the beach this Labor Day weekend and spent some time frolicking in the water with boyfriend, Scott Disick.

"Beautiful day at the beach in Miami," she Twittered on Sunday.

All that sun and sand must have got Kourtney's cravings going because she followed up the beach Tweet with details on what she was having for dinner. Check this out:

"Just ordered a waffle with butter and syrup for dinner! With onion rings and thousand island dressing! Does anyone think I'm pregnant?"

What were some of your craziest pregnancy cravings?

"Our relationship will never be fixed," he said. " ... I don't trust her anymore. I was abused ... I was beaten down ... I'm not going back to that life style."

Jon says the fact that the couple dove into marriage and kids at such a young age played a part in their impending doom.

"I got married at 22. I had twins at 23. I had sextuplets at 27. Bye-bye, twenties," Jon told ABC News' Chris Cuomo. "And then raising all those kids until you're 30 and, you know, you don't even think about what's going on around you. You just do what you got to do to survive."

After taking years and years of "abuse" from Kate, Jon says it got to a point where he just couldn't take her controlling ways anymore.

"In 10 years, I've never gone out ... When she said, 'I don't want you going out,' I ... I used to say, 'OK, I'm not going to go out.' I was very passive. This is the first time I said, 'You know what? I want to see my friends. I'm going out,'" he explained. "That was the first time in my life I ever stood up to Kate ... I just felt like I had to take back some time in my life, and I did it. And I felt really good. I made my own decision ... I was beaten down for so long, I couldn't even make my own decision. And when I did, I was like, holy cow! You know? Yeah, what's she gonna do? Divorce me? All right. Obviously. You know."

Since splitting from his wife of ten years, Jon is more his old self than ever.

"My mom and my brothers, they say to me, 'It's so good to have the real Jon back. It's so good to have the warm, loving, kind, caring person that we knew you when you were ... before you got married. I've changed for her," he admitted. "Because I loved her ... But don't forget who you are. That's what happened to me."

It's an interesting topic. Should you change for the person you love? Can you? Or will it eventually all turn into resentment like it has for Jon & Kate?

Reality star Tila Tequila was hospitalized Sunday morning after an altercation with her NFL boyfriend, Shawne Merriman, E! News is reporting.

Tila Nguyen called for help at 3:45 am Sunday and told cops that her San Diego Chargers boyfriend choked her and kept her from leaving his house. She signed a citizen's arrest warrant accusing the linebacker of battery and false imprisonment.

The footballer was taken into custody and was held the in county jail before being released  on $58,000 bail a few hours later.

Meanwhile, Shawn is desperately trying to clear his name.

"On Sept. 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff's Department responded to a citizen's complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint," he says in a statement to to FoxSports.com.

"At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided."

"We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles."

"There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriff's Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers."

He paints quite the pretty picture of himself, no? Such a gentleman, right? Do you see any truth in that statement whatsoever?

Never a dull moment with the Gosselins.

An ambulance was called to Jon & Kate's Pennsylvania home Saturday, after Jon's grandma took a spill, People.com is reporting.

"Just to clear up any faulty reports: my grandmother did in fact fall in my driveway but she'll [be] fine," Jon tweeted Sunday morning. "Thank you for all of the concerned calls."

The incident put a bit of a damper on the day, as Jon had Tweeted on Saturday that it was "family day! Kids got to play with their grandparents, great grandparents...so great to see so many generations together."

Glad to hear Jon's Nana is going to be okay.

Khloe has been seeing Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom  -- and it looks like love! The couple, who met at a party in Los Angeles, went dancing Thursday night and had tongues wagging with their in-your-face PDA.

"Every time a good song came on, she would pull him up to dance and steal kisses here and there," a spy told UsMagazine.com.

And Khloe's baller is not being quiet about how he feels about the reality star.

"Khloe is smart and beautiful and that is very hard to find," the Laker told the website.

As for her fam, well, they think Lamar's a winner, too.

"He's a great guy!" Kim said.

It's about time Khloe gets some glory.

Hot tub players Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have been spotted making out all over the place lately! Totally not a big deal -- except that they broke up back in June.

Sources say that the former boy-bander and the MTV veejay got cozy in three different cities this past week -- snuggling in Los Angeles, New York and Cincinnati. But an insider told People.com that the couple has not gotten back together -- "but they're hanging out. They'll see what happens. Maybe a reconciliation will happen, but they're not exclusive right now."

Which is why it's not much of a surprise that the supermodel is releasing a book called Heidilicious, filled with photos of herself -- some with very little clothing on.

Heidi teamed up with photographer Rankin -- who apparently has a way of getting Seal's gorgeous wife out of her Jordache jeans. 

"It's very naughty," the pregnant mom of three told Los Angeles Confidential mag of the book. "I've been shooting with Rankin, for seven years and working with him is fun because he always makes me look different.

"He always gets me to take my clothes off for some reason. We'll do some job and then he'll say, 'Why don't we shoot some more things?' and I'll wind up without anything on."

We bet a lot of other men wish they had that skill.

Friends and fans of Adam Goldstein gathered Thursday night to remember the celebrity deejay.

E! Online reports that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson arrived together at the ceremony, which took place at the Hollywood Palladium, while a very-pregnant Nicole Richie (who was once engaged to Adam) showed up just after 7:30, followed by Robert Downey Jr., Mark McGrath, Tom Arnold, Dr. Drew Pinksy, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.

Fans of DJ AM lined up outside the venue hours before the memorial service was scheduled to start, while celebs were allowed in through a separate entrance.

Haley Wood, who was Adam's last girlfriend, spoke at the ceremony, according to People.com.

"He was my soulmate and now he is my soul," the devastated model said. "He is my amazing grace." 

The service, which came one day after Adam was buried, lasted two-and-a-half hours.

Adam was found dead in his apartment last week. The music man had reportedly been sober for years, but seemed to have fallen off the wagon in recent weeks, as drugs were found near his body. Friends say that Adam had planned on checking back into rehab in the coming days but, sadly, he died before he could get the help he needed.

It's been over two months since the King of Pop suddenly passed away, but Michael Jackson was finally laid to rest Thursday night at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Ca.

People.com reports that high-profile friends of the superstar, like Lisa Marie Presley, Elizabeth Taylor, Macaulay Culkin, joined the Jackson family to say goodbye to their loved one for the last time.

Just like at the very public memorial service in July (but on a much smaller scale), Michael's brothers, wearing one sequined white glove, carried the casket, placing it on a stage in front of about 200 guests. Once it was in place, Michael's three children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket adorned the casket with a crown -- acknowledging their dad's role as the King of Pop. Marlon Jackson reportedly said that the kids wrote letters to their dad, which were put inside his casket.

Prayers and music followed, with eulogies by Rev. Al Sharpton, Michael's dad, Joe Jackson, and words from other family and friends.

After the ceremony, the Jackson brothers carried the casket to the Grand Mausoleum.

Michael's family issued statement to "once again thank all of Michael Jackson's fans around the world for their generous outpouring of support during this terribly difficult time. Their expressions of love for Michael and his music have sustained the Jackson Family."

It's been a long road for Michael and his family, but, hopefully, the King will finally get the peace it seemed he was always searching for.

People.com is reporting that Broadway stars Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel welcomed their first child together, a son, on Wednesday.

Walker Diggs is the baby boy's name and "mother, father and son are all doing well," a rep for the couple said in a statement.

Congrats to the family -- we can see Walker's name in lights already.

From a wholesome show like 7th Heaven to allegedly attacking his girlfriend, Andrew Keegan won't be making any friends at the pearly gates.

The actor, who you also may recognize from the cute movie 10 Things I Hate About You (he was also in a bunch of episodes of Party of Five in the 90s) has been slapped with a restraining order by his former girlfriend.

According to E! Online, model Kristi Parrales alleges that Andrew "physically attacked" her twice, and "threw me across the living room in front of witnesses." She also claims that her former love stalks her at work, "calling her names and giving her evil looks." 

We agree -- that does sound creepy.
