Simon Cowell has used his time off from American Idol to get in some good-looking shape. The sharp-tongued cutie has always had a special place in my heart. I love that he's brutally honest, yet all soft and mushy on the inside and, from this shot of him on the beach in the Caribbean, that's about the only thing that's soft and mushy.
