In another excerpt from Jon Gosselin's interview on Good Morning America (which airs Tuesday morning), the dad of eight continues to paint a pretty dismal picture of what married life to Kate Gosselin was really like.

"Our relationship will never be fixed," he said. " ... I don't trust her anymore. I was abused ... I was beaten down ... I'm not going back to that life style."

Jon says the fact that the couple dove into marriage and kids at such a young age played a part in their impending doom.

"I got married at 22. I had twins at 23. I had sextuplets at 27. Bye-bye, twenties," Jon told ABC News' Chris Cuomo. "And then raising all those kids until you're 30 and, you know, you don't even think about what's going on around you. You just do what you got to do to survive."

After taking years and years of "abuse" from Kate, Jon says it got to a point where he just couldn't take her controlling ways anymore.

"In 10 years, I've never gone out ... When she said, 'I don't want you going out,' I ... I used to say, 'OK, I'm not going to go out.' I was very passive. This is the first time I said, 'You know what? I want to see my friends. I'm going out,'" he explained. "That was the first time in my life I ever stood up to Kate ... I just felt like I had to take back some time in my life, and I did it. And I felt really good. I made my own decision ... I was beaten down for so long, I couldn't even make my own decision. And when I did, I was like, holy cow! You know? Yeah, what's she gonna do? Divorce me? All right. Obviously. You know."

Since splitting from his wife of ten years, Jon is more his old self than ever.

"My mom and my brothers, they say to me, 'It's so good to have the real Jon back. It's so good to have the warm, loving, kind, caring person that we knew you when you were ... before you got married. I've changed for her," he admitted. "Because I loved her ... But don't forget who you are. That's what happened to me."

It's an interesting topic. Should you change for the person you love? Can you? Or will it eventually all turn into resentment like it has for Jon & Kate?

In his first sit-down interview since splitting from his wife, Jon Gosselin lets Kate have it.

"I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down," he tells Good Morning America. "She'll call me like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn't going anywhere."

Jon also says that he was the one chasing after all eight kids, while Kate traveled on her book tour.

"Well, excuse me, I'm taking care of the kids. She's on book tours, she's doing all these things. You know, she's gone a week. You know, comes back. Packs up and leaves again. I'm standing there like, 'Oh, OK. Your mom's gone again.'"

As for the fight earlier this summer that had cops at their Pennsylvania home, Jon says it was all Kate's fault.

"I wouldn't let her in the gate," Jon admitted. "I said I'm spending time with my kids ... and she's going to have to leave and she tried to cry it up with the cops and it didn't work and they told her she had to leave."

Really? Jon Gosselin is bringing in crowds?

That's just sad.

The reality star hosted a Vegas pool party at the MGM Grand's Wet Republic on Saturday -- and managed to rake in the women. Accompanied by his mom(!) and four friends, Jon's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, -- who is not a fame whore --- was nowhere to be found -- but he certainly didn't lack female attention.

Jon was seen mingling with lots of the bikini-clad women who attended the 2,000-person bash and collecting phone numbers.

There was one lady not charmed by Jon's "celebrity" -- she actually yelled "Team Kate!" at him. Hee hee.

When he arrived at the posh party, Jon told reporters, "It looks like we'll have a good time."

Yuck.

Jon Gosselin is slamming reports that that he ever said he wanted out of his TLC gig.

"I never said that," Jon told People.com. "A fan asked me, 'Don't you sometimes wish you could go back to a 9-to-5 job?' [And my reply was,] 'Yeah, because this is 24/7 and 9-to-5ers punch in and punch out and you have no responsibilities.' "

Then he pointed to the group of paparazzi outside his home and said, "Here ... you have to watch what you say so it doesn't contradict something else."

Basically Jon claims someone misconstrued something he said and went back to the tabs and made it a federal case.

So, rest assured, Jon's not ditching Jon & Kate Plus 8 just yet -- he obviously needs some sort of other ridiculously easy gig that pays an enormous amount of money before he does that, sillies.

Under all that side-swept hair and perfectly-whitened teeth, Kate Gosselin can admit that, even with eight kids running around, she still feels empty sometimes.

"I'm lonely but I'm very busy. Actually, I'm alright," the newly-single mom told Larry King of having no desire to date right now.

Kate says she is trying hard to concentrate on the future and on moving forward with her new life. Her main goal is protect all eight of her little ones from the rampant rumors and stories that are flooding their world.

"My main concern is my kids," she said. "I don't want them to see or hear anything on TV that I didn't discuss with them. We discussed what they need to know at their developmental age group."

As for ex Jon Gosselin, we were dying to hear how she would respond when Larry asked Kate if she thought Jon was a good father.

"Yes," Kate said, after a pause. "Uh, his decisions right now are not ones that I would necessarily make, but down deep in his heart, I know that he is," Kate said.

"I'm looking more toward the future and the decisions of today that affect tomorrow, more so than he is."

Um, yeah. He's all like "I'm free! I'm free! Bring on the girls, the booze, the fun!"

I really don't think Kate's a bad person -- she just needs to find someone who wants to be controlled. And who isn't going to have a problem taking on eight kids. That shouldn't be too hard....

Finally putting all the clothing line rumors to rest, Ed Hardy designer, Christian Audigier, says that he is not collaborating with Jon Gosselin on a children's clothing.

"I never said I was going to do a line with Jon Gosselin. I don't want to do a line with Jon Gosselin."

The designer simply says he knew of Jon from TV, knew he was wearing a lot of Ed Hardy clothes, and heard he was looking for a job.

"I just invite him because I see him on the Jon & Kate show asking for job. So I was curious to see what he was asking people for which kind of job."

Christian did say that Jon is very interested in his motorcycles -- and that maybe there would be some sort of deal there in the future.

"He is really into bikes, so he want to do something around bikes so he can be the spokesperson for one of my brands on bikes."

As for Jon's trip to St. Tropez to meet Christian, Ed Hardy's main man said he thought Jon's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was on the payroll.

"He told me he was coming with his stylist. It appeared his stylist was Hailey. A week after, I discovered those two guys were together. I didn't even know that Jon and Kate were not together."

On the other hand, Christian says that he was very interested in going into business with Michael Jackson -- which obviously isn't going to happen now.

"I invited him to my birthday," he said of MJ. "And he showed up. It was his last public appearance. He was testing [the public mood about him] at my party. So we became friends. He told me one day he would like to collaborate with me on a collection."

That's right -- Michael Jackson, yes -- Jon Gosselin, NO!

That really shouldn't hurt Jon's feelings -- but this should.

Eric Dane's third wheel in his naked non-sex tape with Rebecca Gayheart, Kari Ann Peniche, just signed a deal with Christian to design swimwear.

Ouch.

What really happened that day at Jon & Kate Gosselin's Pennsylvania home, which had police breaking up a tiff between the parents?

Well, according to Star, it was the fact that Jon was canoodling with another woman -- and his twin girls freaked!

Star reports that 8-year-old Cara and Maddy called their mom after seeing their dad get "touchy-feely" with new babysitter, Stephanie Santoro.

Stephanie, of course, happens to be a "wannabe nude model" who Jon met at an airport bar!

When the kids called Kate she rushed over to the home, but Jon wouldn't let her in. The exes wound up in a heated argument and the cops were called.

Naturally, Star has found an old boyfriend of the babysitter who says Steph is "crazy."

"That girl is a danger to the kids. My message to Kate would be to not allow her children to be around her."

Really? Who isn't crazy in this situation?

Now that Jon Gosselin has split from Kate Gosselin, will he be saying buh-bye to TLC as well?

Could be.

According to TMZ.com, the, ahem, playboy, is in talks with production company Endomol, to appear in a show called Divorced Dad's Club. The show is slated to follow the lives of famous divorced fathers.

Maybe Jon's good buddy Michael Lohan will also appear. Yuck. 

Jon's newest television gig may be hindered by his TLC contract, though, but sources say that Jon & Kate Plus 8 network is sort of done with the dad. TMZ says TLC wrote Jon a letter, claiming he was in violation of the morals clause of his contract, due to his gallivanting and partying.

It's also rumored that he kids are spending most of the time with Kate, and that Jon's share of the money that the now-done couple made last season is gone. Luckily, Kate was smart and put a whole lot of cash away for the kids' college fund.

Insiders say a judge recently gave Kate control of the family finances because she seems to have a better head on her shoulders. Jon has some access to their joint account but his funds are limited. He's reportedly pissed about the situation but Kate's people say Jon is getting plenty by selling pictures and stories of him and the kids to the tabloids.

Yeesh. What a mess.

Kate Gosselin can be a nagging witch, while Jon is easily classified as a lazy skirt-chaser.

So, who are you rooting for?

Before Jon & Kate went their separate ways, anyone who watched Jon & Kate Plus 8 had to feel bad for Jon -- who just came across as, well, Kate's bitch. He was the mom of eight's whipping post for most of the time, while Kate's icy behavior towards the kids didn't exactly have us reaching for the Mommy of the Year award.

But since the split, Jon has been out gallivanting with a number of young girls, taking trips to the French Riviera and hanging with the likes of skeevy Michael Lohan in the Hamptons. He's also sporting a new look and riding around town on a motorcycle.

Have your feelings changed about Jon & Kate? Are feeling a tad more sympathy for Kate now that she's actually shown the world she has some sort of heart. And are you just a bit disgusted by Jon's post-split antics?

Oh, everyone involved with the Gosselins is just so sad these days!

Except maybe Jon.

In her interview with E! Online, Jon Gosselin's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, says that all of this media attention has just sucked the life out of her.

"Before all this, I was happy-go-lucky," the 22-year-old said.

"I was never a follower. I was never a gossiper. I did my own thing. To be honest, this whole thing, I have lost my happiness through this all. I don't want to say the public and media stripped me of my self-esteem. But they really have. I've been the sacrificial lamb in this situation."

Calling herself "the goldfish that was put in the piranha tank," Hailey is blaming a lot of her misery on Jon & Kate Plus 8's network, TLC.

"More like the lying channel," Hailey shot at The Learning Channel. "TLC didn't allow [Jon and Kate] to come out and say their marriage was done a year ago," she said. But "no network owns what I can and cannot say."

As for her future with Jon, Hailey has no plans right now to be the step-mom of eight -- she's just looking for some peace.

"I don't like to talk in the future," she said. "I like to live in the present. As of right now, I want to be happy. I want Jon to be happy. I want every side to be happy.

"People need to realize there's two sides to every story...TLC, they're telling something but the truth is always in that fuzzy area. You can't touch it, but only the people contracted can see it, but no one can say it.

"It's a dirty, dirty world. Bamboozling, this world. I didn't know any of this would happen," Hailey swore of the media tornado. "If I wanted fame, don't you think I would be out all the time? I stay in my house. I've been staying home with my parents because I feel safe there."

Do you feel bad for Hailey?

Poor, poor, Hailey.

Hailey Glassman is speaking out to all the haters, via E! Online, and telling them that she's not dating Jon Gosselin for the perks (lol!).

"I'm not some fame whore," Hailey said of her relationship with the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star. "I want people to know the truth. Right now I'm speaking from my heart, myself. I'm not some celebrity, I'm not some famous person - I'm just a 22-year-old girl who got caught in the middle of all this."

Calling Jon her "first love," Hailey says she is so not in this for the media attention. "Take my 15 minutes, you can have it back," she said. "Please take it back!"

Hailey says that she and Jon got together way after Jon & Kate's marriage was over -- and she was, in no way, the reason for their split.

"Jon and Kate have moved on with their lives--it's only the viewers who haven't moved on," she said.

Hailey seems pretty devoted, but how does she feel about the rumors that Jon was making time with ex-Star reporter Kate Major?

"I wasn't worried," she said of Jon's Hamptons getaway with Kate 2.0.

"I know what Jon tells me and I know him...but she's cuckoo, cuckoo, you know?"

Ouch!

Sorry, I just can't believe that Jon is that much of a hot commodity that woman are fighting over him. Can you?

While we're all man-bashing Jon Gosselin for taking up with, what seems like, a new girl every other minute, the reality TV star claims that we have it all wrong. Jon tells the new issue of In Touch that his marriage to wife Kate Gosselin was over long before the public got wind of it.

"Many people think that everything moved too fast, that I was out partying too quickly. But Kate gave up on the marriage last October, and the divorce will be finalized by Sept. 30," he said during an Aug. 2 interview in New York.

The dad of eight says that, after a vacation to Utah in January with the fam, he stayed behind while Kate flew home -- and that's when he started to finally get his life back.

"That's when I started to just hang out and meet people, and feel free," he told the magazine. "Not too many girls, just with my guy friends. I couldn't do that for nine years. When I came back on the 17th, Kate and I weren't talking. So I just said, 'I'm moving out of the house,' and that was it." 

And though Jon is rumored to be dating someone new pretty much every day, he says his heart belongs to only one -- Hailey Glassman.

"She is a really cool person. We both like snowboarding and sports. She is like the female version of me. She is so caring, kind and open. She is beautiful and glowing, and I love her to death."

Does this change your opinion of Jon at all?

Jon Gosselin may be out gallivanting with multiple women, but soon-to-be-ex Kate Gosselin is being entertained by some men of her own. Or boys.

The mom of eight took twin daughters, Cara and Mady, 8, to see The Jonas Brothers concert at the Wachovia Center on Thursday in Philadelphia.

Kate even took one of her daughter's friends with them -- and the foursome arrived in style. The showed up in a black stretch limo, looking all too cool for school.
